•First call us to arrange a time to remotely connect to your computer.
•After making the appointment time simply click the pay now button above to pay.
•At the specified time make sure your computer is switched on and connected to the
Internet.
•Go to your Internet browser and type the following: join.mikogo.com.
•A small file will download. Allow this and launch the program If it doesn't do so
automatically.
•You will need to enter a session ID and your name. Your session ID will be given to you by
e-mail, text or phone prior to session start.
•You will see our support technicians desktop. The request “Do you wish to become the
presenter?” Will appear on your screen. Select Yes.
•Another question will appear asking “Do you want to give keyboard and mouse control
to PcUp&Go?” Select Yes. We will now have full control of your computer. Just sit
back and watch.
